217 South Travis is located just half a block south of Sherman's Downtown Square. Convenient to local coffee shops, restaurants and shopping, there is always something going on in downtown Sherman.  Courtney bought and restored the building in 2018 from its previous owner who had a stained glass shop on the premises.  Her talented work can still be seen in the transom windows on the front of the building. The goal was to leave as much of the original building in tact as possible, giving the space an industrial yet cozy feel.
